Since May 2015, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) have entered into a Partnership Agreement to strengthen the talent pipeline for accounting and finance in Singapore.
The Partnership includes the development of the ACCA-ISCA Joint Pathway Programme (JPP). All students in Singapore who are registered with ACCA at the Fundamentals level (Papers F1 to F9 or any part thereof) from 1 July 2015 onwards will be automatically put on the JPP.
ISCA contributes its local expertise to the following Fundamentals level papers: F4 (Corporate and Business Law – Singapore Variant) and F6 (Taxation – Singapore Variant) to reflect Singapore’s legal regime and current business practices.

Discontinuation of the ISCA Plus Route Student Membership
With the launch of the ACCA-ISCA JPP, ISCA discontinued the ISCA Plus Route Student Membership as the JPP provides comprehensive support to Fundamentals level students at no extra cost. They would need to pay an annual student fee to ACCA only.
