ISCA Professional Examination (ISCA PE) is a professional accountancy programme to provide graduates who did not major in accounting, or those who returned from overseas who may or may not major in accounting but wish to become ISCA Associate members in due course.
Successful completion of the ISCA PE would enable them to become ISCA Associate members and obtain a qualification to become a professional accountant in Singapore. ISCA PE will equip graduates with the necessary knowledge, skills and professional values.
The ISCA PE is structured with 8 modules, comprising 9 examination papers; 3 computer-based testing (CBT) papers and 6 written examination papers. CBT examinations are offered on a monthly basis, while the written examinations are offered in May and November of each calendar year.
The 8 modules are as follows:
Business and Company Law (LAW)
Business and Finance (BIZ & FIN)
Corporate and Business Strategy (CBS)
Financial Management (FIN MGMT)
Financial Reporting and Disclosure (FRD)
Management Information (MGMT INFO)
The 8 modules may be attempted in any sequence and there is no limitation on the number of modules to be attempted per term. The time limit to complete the 8 modules is 5 years.
As a self-study programme, candidates may choose to study the module(s) at their own pace or attend the optional tuition offered by SAA-GE. Candidates will be provided access to online learning support and learning materials.
