Lead the Pack as an Accredited Training Organisation
Launched in 2013, the Singapore CA Qualification provides a pathway for graduates of all disciplines to realise their aspiration to be a Chartered Accountant of Singapore (CA(Singapore)).
Being part of the Singapore CA Qualification, Candidates have to complete a mandatory structured Practical Experience Component. They will have to accumulate three years of relevant practical experience within an Accredited Training Organisation (ATO), under the guidance of a mentor, and fulfill the required general and technical competences. During the three-year period, Candidates are only allowed to change ATO once.
Roles of an ATO
In addition to guiding Singapore CA Qualification Candidates, ATOs are also responsible for identifying the training and development needs of Candidates, and monitoring and reviewing their progress. ATOs are thus a group of stakeholders that play a pivotal role in the success of the Singapore CA Qualification.
Benefits of an ATO
As the market for talent has become more competitive, the Singapore CA Qualification serves as a key instrument in helping ATOs attract new talent, and retaining and developing their current employees. Being conferred the ATO status also opens up opportunities for organisations to raise their profiles through career fairs and networking sessions.
List of ATOs
To date, there are over 240 ATOs on our ever-growing list. These include the public accountancy firms, government bodies and corporates.
We welcome all organisations which are committed to hiring, training and developing Singapore CA Qualification Candidates into future CA (Singapore) holders to join us!
