Sum Yee Loong
Professor of Accounting (Practice), Singapore Management University
Yee Loong is currently Professor of Accounting (Practice) at the Singapore Management University. He was formerly Tax Partner in Deloitte & Touche Singapore (1987- 2011). Yee Loong has specialised in taxation since qualifying as an accountant in the UK and has over 25 years of experience in Singapore Taxation and International Tax Planning.
Yee Loong had been nominated on several occasions as one of the top 10 leading Tax Advisers in Singapore by International Tax Review. He was also featured as one of the World’s Leading Tax Advisers in the Legal Media Group 2011 Guide to the World’s Leading Tax Advisers.
He holds a Master’s degree in Taxation and Public Finance, and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of the UK, a Chartered Tax Advisor of the Chartered Institute of Taxation in the UK and a Chartered Accountant of Singapore.
Yee Loong is the Honorary Technical Advisor (Tax) to the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, Chairman of the Curriculum and Examination Development Board of Tax Academy, member of the Learning and Assessment Committee of Singapore Qualification Programme and member of the Examinations Committee of SIATP.
Chiu Wu Hong

Wu Hong has over 20 years of Singapore and regional tax experience in the areas of tax incentive applications, cross-border transactions, merger and acquisitions. He is currently the tax partner-in-charge of the KPMG Enterprise Incentives Advisory team, tax partner-in-charge of the KPMG Global Japan Practice in Singapore and KPMG Korea tax desk in Singapore. Wu Hong has extensive experience in the areas of tax compliance, consulting and planning for local and multinational companies, as well as consulting work for the public sector. He has also been extensively involved with assisting clients in applying to the Singapore tax authorities and relevant government agencies for tax rulings and tax incentives. His range of expertise includes intellectual property planning, tax efficient supply chain strategies, financing strategies, group reorganizations, planning for tax effective acquisitions and disposals, and advising on cross-border transactions, inbound and outbound investments, and mergers and acquisitions, amongst others. His experience covers a wide range of industries including oil and gas, retail, real estate, hotels, construction, shipping, transportation and logistics, manufacturing, and information technology. Wu Hong is a regular speaker at conferences and seminars, and has contributed numerous articles to academic journals, leading business publications and newspapers. Wu Hong is also the Co-Chairman of prestigious Enterprise 50 (E50) Awards organised by The Business Times and KPMG.

Wilson started his career in the then Inland Revenue Department and has progressed to being a key member of the management team within the tax authority. He currently heads the Corporate Tax Division.
Over the years, Wilson has worked in various departments within IRAS, including Individual Income Tax Division, Enforcement Division, Accounting and Processing Division, Goods and Services Tax Division, Tax Policy and International Tax Division, Corporate Development Division, Compliance Strategy and Risk Division, Investigation and Forensics Division and InfoComm Division.

Victor Tay is Chief Operating Officer of Singapore Business Federation (SBF). Prior to joining the government sector, Victor spent over 10 years in the private sector as a Management Consultant with the Big 5 Consultancies namely, PricewaterhouseCoopers, KPMG and Coopers and Lybrand, providing consultancy services to various multinationals across the Asia Pacific region. He has also worked in Greater China, where he helped to establish new consulting practices in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Shanghai over a period of three years.
Before joining SBF, Victor was a Director at SPRING Singapore overseeing a spectrum of sectors across Transport, Logistics, Environmental, Engineering Services, Healthcare, Biomedical, Chemical, Education, and Business Services.
Victor holds several additional appointments on company boards and advisory committees.
Jimmy Koh

Mr Koh has more than 10 years of experience in treasury and economics research. He pioneers and anchors a team of economists and strategists in macro-economic research for both the G7 & Asian Emerging Markets, as well as maintains close dialogues with various Asian Central Banks and multi-lateral agencies such as the World Bank and International Monetary Fund.
Conversant in both English and Mandarin, Mr Koh has distinguished himself at regular speaking engagements both locally & overseas, at in-house forums as well as client conferences. His forte is in key economic issues, financial market developments and their impacts on the different asset classes.
A regular personality on financial media interviews with Channel News Asia (CNA), CNBC, Bloomberg TV, News Radio 93.8, Capital 95.8 (Chinese) and various Chinese Media, his views have also been regularly quoted on newswires, including Reuters, Dow Jones, Bloomberg, The Straits Times, The Business Times and various Chinese-medium Press.
Mr Koh also leads the UOB Investor Relations team. Under his leadership, the team was awarded “Grand Prix for Best Overall Investor Relations - Large Cap”, “Best Investment Meetings/One-On-Ones” and “Best Corporate Governance” by the IR Magazine.
