Launch of New ISCA eServices Portal to serve you better
Come Monday, 15 August 2016, ISCA members will have easy access to a more user-friendly portal, ISCA eServices, that integrates and brings all your membership needs under one single portal interface.

Please include your full name, Membership ID or NRIC Number, along with the details of your request or issue.

With the new eServices portal, you can now access a host of membership services anytime, anywhere, without the need to log in to separate portals or to submit hardcopy applications.
The following services are available through the ISCA eServices Portal:
- Application for ISCA membership or CA (Singapore)
- Update your profile and subscription preferences to receive latest updates and information of interest to you
- Renew your ISCA membership
- Register for CPE courses and events
- Receive recommendations on suitable CPE courses
- Download/print your training certificates
- Access your CPE records and track your CPE hours

With the launch of ISCA eServices, use of the existing Member Services Portal (https://app.icpas.org.sg/crm/) and CPE portals (http://cpe.isca.org.sg and https://app.icpas.org.sg/cpe) will cease from 12 August 2016 onwards.

A valid email address is required to create an ISCA eServices account.
If you are an existing ISCA member, a new login account will be issued to you by 15 August 2016. You will receive a separate instruction email to activate your account.
To use ISCA eServices, please read the revised ISCA Privacy and Data Protection Policy (http://www.isca.org.sg/privacy-and-data-protection-policy/) and Terms of Use (http://www.isca.org.sg/terms-of-use/).
To update your profile information and communication preference:
- Go to ISCA eServices portal
- Activate your account (refer to separate instruction emails sent to your default email address recorded in our system)
- Click “My Profile” under “My Account”
- Tap “Personal Details”
- Edit your personal details
- Scroll down and update the “Interests and Preferences”
- Tap “Save” at the bottom of the page

To access the new ISCA eServices portal, a new login account will be issued to you by 15 August 2016. You will receive a separate instruction email to activate your account.
Depending on the protection level that you set for the Spam or Junk Email Filter, some legitimate email messages might be moved to the Spam or Junk E-mail folder. Please check if email messages from eservices@isca.org.sg are found in these folders.
Another possibility is that your email address record may not be updated in our system. Please contact us for further assistance.
Your new username is your default email address recorded in our system.
Yes, but usernames are accepted in the form of a valid email address. Please contact us to effect the change.

The following records are migrated to the new system:
- Your demographics profile
- Your membership records
- Your CPE hours records
- Your CPE course registrations
- Your CPE Certificate of Attendance for courses commencing 1 Jan 2016 onwards.
If you wish to obtain a copy of your past transaction records, please contact us for further assistance.

To update your profile information and communication preference:
(For members who have not activated their account) Activate your account via the activation email sent to your default email address recorded in our system. Upon activation, you will receive another email containing a link to set your password.- Login to the ISCA eServices portal
- On the left menu, click on “My Profile” under “My Account”
- On tab “Personal Details”, edit your personal details and update your “Interests and Preferences”
To amend your Full Name as per ID or ID Number, please write in to membership@isca.org.sg and submit a copy of your identification document (e.g. deed poll, NRIC, passport, work permit) - Click “Save”
To renew your ISCA membership:
(For members who have not activated their account) Activate your account via the activation email sent to your default email address recorded in our system. Upon activation, you will receive another email containing a link to set your password.Login to the ISCA eServices portal
- On the left menu, click on the “Renew Membership” action button under your name
- Complete all mandatory fields in the renewal form and click on “Save & Proceed”.
- Declare your usual place of residence and proceed to view the Payment Options page.
- Pay online using your credit card or Paypal account and receive your tax invoice/receipt immediately.
If you are an existing member applying for reclassification to become an Associate (ISCA), CA (Singapore) or FCA (Singapore):
(For members who have not activated their account) Activate your account via the activation email sent to your default email address recorded in our system. Upon activation, you will receive another email containing a link to set your password.- Login to the ISCA eServices portal
- On the left menu, click on “Membership Application” under “My Membership”
- Choose the Membership Class or Type that you wish to apply for, and click “Apply” button to access the application form.
- Fill up all sections of the form and make payment (where applicable) to complete your submission.
- Retrieve your saved draft application or view your application status under “My Applications” in the same page or click on “My Account” on the left menu to access “My Recent Applications/Requests”.
If you are a non-member applying to become an Affiliate (ISCA), Associate (ISCA) or CA (Singapore):
- Go to the ISCA eServices portal to create a non-member account.
- On the left menu, click on “Apply for Membership”.
- Choose the Membership Class that you wish to apply for under “Apply for Membership”, and click “Apply” button to access the application form.
- Fill up all sections of the form and make payment (where applicable) to complete your submission.
- Retrieve your saved draft application or view your application status under “My Applications” in the same page.
To apply for reduced subscription fee:
(For members who have not activated their account) Activate your account via the activation email sent to your default email address recorded in our system. Upon activation, you will receive another email containing a link to set your password.- Login to the ISCA eServices portal
- On the left menu, click on “Membership Application” under “My Membership”
- Select the “Reduced Subscription Fee” button and click on “Apply” to access the application form.
- Complete all sections of the form before submitting.
- Retrieve your saved draft application or view your application status under “My Applications” in the same page or click on “My Account” on the left menu to access “My Recent Applications/Requests”.
To view your payment history and retrieve your tax invoice/receipt:
(For members who have not activated their account) Activate your account via the activation email sent to your default email address recorded in our system. Upon activation, you will receive another email containing a link to set your password.- Login to the ISCA eServices portal
- On the left menu, click on “My Payments” to view your payment history and retrieve the PDF copy of your tax invoice/receipt.
To request for a delivery or reprint of your membership certificate:
(Formembers who have not activated their account) Activate your account via the activation email sent to your default email address recorded in our system. Upon activation, you will receive another email containing a link to set your password.- Login to the ISCA eServices portal
- On the left menu, click “Other Membership Request” under “My Membership”.
- Select either “Delivery of Membership Certificates” or “Reprint of Membership Certificates” and click on “Request” to access the application form.
- Fill up all mandatory fields in the form and make payment (where applicable) to complete your request.
To request for a Letter of Good Standing (LOGS) or Certificate of Good Standing (COGS) for purpose of registration as a Public Accountant:
(Formembers who have not activated their account) Activate your account via the activation email sent to your default email address recorded in our system. Upon activation, you will receive another email containing a link to set your password.- Login to the ISCA eServices portal
- On the left menu, click “Other Membership Request” under “My Membership”.
- Select either “Letter of Good Standing” or “Certificate of Good Standing for purpose of registration as a Public Accountant” and click on “Request” to access the application form.
- Complete all the mandatory fields and submit your request.
To update your Change of Employment details during your Membership Renewal application:
(Formembers who have not activated their account) Activate your account via the activation email sent to your default email address recorded in our system. Upon activation, you will receive another email containing a link to set your password.
Login to the ISCA eServices portal
Click on the “Renew Membership” red button on the left menu under your name.
Not Employed/ Student/ Retired
Select “Not Employed” from dropdown list under “What is your current Employment Status?”
To edit your current employment as past employment, click on the "Edit" button.
Complete all the mandatory fields and uncheck “Is Current Employment?” checkbox.
Employed/ Self-Employed
To create a new current employment record, click “+ New” green button at the top of the “Action” header.
Complete all the mandatory fields and click “Save” red button
To update your Change of Employment details:
(Formembers who have not activated their account) Activate your account via the activation email sent to your default email address recorded in our system. Upon activation, you will receive another email containing a link to set your password.
Login to the ISCA eServices portal
On the left menu, click “My Profile” under “My Account”.
Click on the “Employment History” tab.
Existing Current Employment
To edit your current employment as past employment, click on the "Edit" button.
Complete all the mandatory fields and uncheck “Is Current Employment?” checkbox.
Click “Update” red button to proceed.
New Current Employment
To create a new current employment record, click “+ New” green button at the top of the “Action” header.
Complete all the mandatory fields and click “Save” red button.
