ISCA PAIB LEARNING ROADMAP

The ISCA Professional Accountants in Business Learning Roadmap (ISCA PAIB LRM) – Financial Accountants and Management Accountants (FA and MA) is designed to help FAs and MAs better understand the different skills they require to carry out their respective roles and responsibilities. Using the ISCA PAIB Framework as well as the Financial Accounting and Management Accounting tracks in the Skills Framework for Accountancy as points of reference, this Roadmap also seeks to fulfill the professional development training needs and equip FAs and MAs with the right skill sets by recommending relevant learning opportunities.

Developed by the Institute’s Professional Development department, the ISCA PAIB LRM – FA and MA is part of ISCA’s continuing efforts to promote lifelong learning and support PAIBs to stay relevant in a constantly changing business and professional environment.
