The Association of Taxation Technicians Singapore Limited (ATTS) was incorporated under the auspices of ISCA in March 1995. It is the association that awards the Specialist Certificate in Taxation qualification which is administered by SAA Global Education.
This qualification is for those who:
are currently pursuing a career in the accounting related or non-related sectors and would like to have taxation as a niche career and/or
would like to be kept abreast of the latest developments in the tax industry and/or
are currently pursuing the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification, have completed F6 Taxation module in Singapore variant and would like to become a SIATP member via this qualification.
ISCA Cares is a charity with Institute of Public Character (IPC) set up by the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) as part of Singapore's Golden Jubilee celebrations in 2015.
ISCA Cares envisions a compassionate and caring accountancy community that actively contributes towards the betterment of society.Its mission is to encourage open-heartedness by promoting strong social conscience and a spirit of inclusivity in the accountancy community.
ISCA Cares supports two charitable causes:
Education: To provide disadvantaged Singapore youths with academic potential access to quality accountancy education through financial and non-financial assistance.
Community: To harness the knowledge, skills and expertise of the accountancy community, for community development projects through collaborative programmes with partners.
The Insolvency Practitioners Association of Singapore Limited (IPAS) was incorporated on 12 April 2005 with the support of ISCA, the Law Society of Singapore (Lawsoc) and the Official Receiver and Official Assignee of Singapore. The members of IPAS are ISCA and Lawsoc.
IPAS provides a range of services to the Associates or Fellows of IPAS. These include the opportunity to participate in technical continuing professional development and other activities; access to journals, technical articles and insolvency practice updates from IPAS; and involvement in dialogue sessions with the Official Receiver and Official Assignee and other relevant agencies on issues affecting practitioners.
