The Singapore Budget 2012, announced on 17 February 2012, revealed the directions the Government has set to build an inclusive society and a stronger Singapore. The Budget puts in place measures to upgrade and restructure the economy so as to sustain growth by becoming more productive and relying less on expanding the workforce, including reducing the dependence on foreign labour.
