The move also took into consideration members’ feedback as well as online usage patterns, which indicated a greater preference for customised communication via channels like the Online Technical Enquiry Service. The Online Technical Enquiry Service provides technical clarification to members’ enquiries relating to technical topics such as financial reporting, auditing and assurance and ethics.
