Application for the new Affiliate (ISCA) membership is now open!
Affiliates (ISCA) are accounting technicians who are qualified accounting professionals performing a wide variety of accounting and financial roles, such as auditing and assurance, accounts preparation, bookkeeping, budgeting, costing and credit control, payroll administration and tax returns.
The official designation of Affiliate (ISCA) members is the Accredited Accounting Technician (Singapore) or AAT Singapore where they are recognised to have achieved relevant accounting skills and practical knowledge.
How to qualify as an Affiliate (ISCA)

Higher Education Institutes and other professional bodies offering accounting related diplomas or accounting technician programmes may send in their application to ISCA Pathways Development and Qualifications at email@example.com for accreditation assessment.
Recognition of competences demonstrated at work such as professional skills, ethics at work and technical skills

Step 2: Submit an Online Application^
**Accredited Employer Scheme (AES):
To apply for Associate Membership under the Accredited Employer Scheme (AES), your CURRENT employer must either be a registered partner with ISCA or an Accredited Training Organisation . This scheme aims to facilitate the application process of which applicants who are employed with AES firms do not need to submit certified true copies of the required documents. Please verify with the HR of your Company to confirm eligibility.
#Instruction of Payment:
- For application submitted before 1 May, full year membership fee of the current year is payable
- For application submitted on or after 1 May and before 1 Nov, pro-rated half year membership fee of the current year is payable
- For application submitted on or after 1 Nov, full year membership fee of the following year is payable
Please note that a typical application process will take at least 8-10 weeks upon submission of all necessary supporting documents and payment. Successful applicants will be notified of the assessment results via e-mail.
