Finance Officer (1 year, up to $5000)

Period: 1year (Renewal)
Working hours: Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 6.00pm; Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm
Salary: From $2800 depending on experience
Location: One North

Jobscope:

• Financial Management – Assist in month-end/year-end closing, review fund requisitions, financial statements, and ensure prompt vendor payments.
• Budgeting & Reporting – Support budget cycles, variance analysis, and prepare financial reports for management and government entities.
• Accounts & Transactions – Process invoices, payments, receipts, maintain general ledger, and handle bank reconciliations.
• Grant & Fund Administration – Manage grant budgets in SAP, track disbursements, follow up on audits, and ensure compliance with grant guidelines.
• Compliance & Audits – Ensure adherence to government policies, liaise with auditors (internal, statutory, AGO), and maintain financial records.
• System & Process Improvement – Support automation, digitalisation projects, ERP system upgrades, and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree
• Singaporean only
