- reviewing and improving their processes and controls to foster better risk management which will boost stakeholder confidence; and
- supporting the implementation of accounting software to strengthen documentation practices and improve their financial operations for better accountability and governance.
Eligibility Criteria for Charities / Organisations
- Exempt and registered charities, Institutions of a Public Character, Co-operative Societies and NPOs; and
- Gross annual receipts or expenditure (whichever is higher) of less than S$10 million in the preceding financial year.

Charities are expected to implement appropriate mitigating measures to safeguard themselves against potential abuse for illicit purposes, including money laundering and terrorist financing, as charities may be misused as conduits for the movement of illegal funds.
In collaboration with the Office of the Commissioner of Charities, ISCA set up a Charities Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) Services Panel to provide charities with subsidised services to help strengthen their AML/CFT measures.
