*Candidates of the Professional Programme of theSingapore CA Qualification who apply as Associate (ISCA) will get a waiver of the admission fee and first year annual subscription fee. They can enjoy a 50% discount off the prevailing annual subscription fee as an Associate (ISCA) in their second and third year of study by submitting an application for reduced subscription fee. Full Associate fees would be applicable from the fourth year of Associate membership onwards.
Please note that with effect from 1 January 2017, Associate (ISCA) with more than 8 years of membership will pay the same prevailing fee as full ISCA members. The full member fee is only applicable from 1 January 2025 at the earliest (for those who have been Associates since 2017).

-For application submitted before 1 May 2018, full year membership fee of the current year is payable
-For application submitted on or after 1 May 2018 and before 20 November 2018, pro-rated half year membership fee of the current year is payable
-For application submitted on or after 20 November 2018, full year membership subscription fee of 2019 is payable Note: If you are submitting an application for Associate (ISCA) under the Transitional Arrangements from 20 November 2018 to 30 November 2018, please make a top-up fee of $107.00 (including 7% GST) being the half-year subscription fee for 2018.
Total admission fee for members who are admitted as an Associate (ISCA) and subsequently reclassified as a CA (Singapore) is S$428.00 (including 7% GST) in two tranches.
