*Candidates of the Professional Programme of the Singapore CA Qualification who apply as Associate (ISCA) will get a waiver of the admission fee and first year annual subscription fee. They can enjoy a 50% discount off the prevailing annual subscription fee as an Associate (ISCA) in their second and third year of study by submitting an application for reduced subscription fee. Full Associate fees would be applicable from the fourth year of Associate membership onwards.

Please note that with effect from 1 January 2017, Associate (ISCA) with more than 8 years of membership will pay the same prevailing fee as full ISCA members. The full member fee is only applicable from 1 January 2025 at the earliest (for those who have been Associates since 2017).

Pro-rated Fee

-For application submitted before  1 May 2019, full year membership fee of the current year is payable

-For application submitted on or after 1 May 2019 and before mid-November 2019, pro-rated half year membership fee of the current year is payable

-For application submitted on or after mid-November 2019, full year membership subscription fee for 2020 is payable

Admission Fee

Total admission fee for members who are admitted as an Associate (ISCA) and subsequently reclassified as a CA (Singapore) is S$428.00 (including 7% GST) in two tranches.

We will continue to regularly review the membership fee structure to ensure that the fees are comparable and aligned with the initiatives and entitlements for each membership category.
