ISCA - Consent/Withdrawal of Consent
The Institute seeks to collect and may use and/or disclose your personal data for matters relating to your membership and/or the conduct of the Institute’s business in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and for members residing in Europe, the European and UK Data Protection Laws. The Institute may from time to time use your personal data to inform you of related news, CPE activities, members’ benefits, goods, services, facilities and events. If you do not wish for your personal data to be used for these purposes, please contact our Data Protection Officer, details of which are provided in the Privacy and Data Protection Policy. The Institute may also use your personal data for the conduct of statistical research and studies, and analyse the data collected to administer, develop and improve its services.
ISCA will adhere to the Do Not Call (DNC) Provisions for the telemarketing of our membership and activities to all our members and public. Telemarketing through voice calls, text and fax messages will only be sent to:
- Individuals who have given their consent on or after the 2nd January 2014 and had not submitted their withdrawal of consent. This shall supersede the DNC registry.
- Individuals who have an existing relationship with us and had not submitted their withdrawal of consent. This is applicable for text and fax messages only.
- Individuals who have an existing relationship with us and had not submitted their withdrawal of consent or registered with the DNC registry. This is applicable for voice calls only.
- Individuals who do not have an existing relationship with us and had not submitted their withdrawal of consent or registered with the DNC registry.
