    The Employment and Employability Institute (e2i) and NTUC LearningHub (LHUB) is organising a virtual career event named as “Accountancy Careers Hub (ACH) Jobs Discovery Series – Career Opportunities for Mid-Careerists” for Singaporean mid-career switchers to take on finance/accounting/professional executive roles.

    Participating Employers Criteria
    • Must have hiring roles in Accounts/Accounting Executive | Accountant | Management Accountant | Audit Associate/Senior | Tax Associate/Executive | Tax Senior AND/OR
    • Must have hiring roles in Administration & Operations | Business Development | Sales and Marketing | Project Management
    • Open to hire Singaporean mid-careerists (individuals with no prior experience, or have taken on similar role with employment gap)
    • Hiring roles must be full-time, permanent / minimum 1-year contract period
    Why Participate?

    • This is a complimentary virtual event and platform for your hiring needs and to strengthen Singaporean core.
    • Provides employers the opportunity to build organisation’s branding and attract/build a new pool of workers.
    • Employers can receive up to 90% salary support for shortlisted candidates under the *Career Conversion Programme (CCP) for Accounting Professionals / Professional Executives. (CCP is aimed at equipping mid-career individuals with the necessary skillsets to take on new job roles.)

    What is it?

    UTAP is a training benefit for NTUC members to defray their cost of training. This benefit is to encourage more NTUC members to go for skills upgrading.

    Who is it for?

    All NTUC members can apply for UTAP. However, the following criteria must be met to be eligible for UTAP:

    • Paid-up NTUC membership before course commenced, throughout whole course duration and at the point of claim
    • Course by training provider must be supported under UTAP, and training must commence within the supported period
    • Course must not be fully funded through company sponsorship or other types of funding
    • You must achieve a minimum of 75% attendance for each application and sat for all prescribed examination(s), if any
    • UTAP application must be submitted within 6 months after course completion
    How does it benefit you?
    • NTUC members enjoy 50% unfunded course fee support
      • Capped at $250 per calendar year when you sign up for supported courses approved by UTAP
      • UTAP can be used for over 5,300 supported courses
