Eligibility

Holders of other recognised professional qualifications are eligible for the ISCA PBA designation upon:

    How to Apply

    Fill up the application form


    • Select “Apply for Membership/Credential" and choose “ISCA Professional Business Accountant (PBA)" radio button.
    • Applicants will need to provide the details of Character Reference:
               o     First referee: CA (Singapore) or full member of a recognised accountancy body
               o     Second referee: Present Employer (HR or Reporting Officer)

    Upload a copy of the following supporting documents:

    1. Singapore NRIC or Passport (for foreigners);

    2. Professional Qualification Certificate and Transcript;

    3. Letter of Good Standing (dated not more than 3 months prior to the date of application) from the accounting body (i.e. either from local rep office or home body) confirming that:

             o     You have acquired the full membership status by completing the normal training and education route
             o     You are a member in good standing with a good disciplinary record and no outstanding complaints against you

    4. Deed Poll (if applicable)

    Complete declaration and submit application

    We will notify you of the outcome within 4 weeks upon submission of all necessary supporting documents.
