SCAQ candidates who have completed the Foundation Programme (FP) or enrolled for the Professional Programme (PP) will be eligible to apply as ISCA PBA upon fulfiling the eligible criteria.

Eligibility

SCAQ candidates who meet the following criteria are eligible for the ISCA PBA designation:

1. Successfully completed the Foundation Programme (FP) or hold a recognised accounting degree/qualification that is eligible for direct admission to SCAQ Professional Programme (PP)

2. Enrolled and completed the SCAQ Ethics & Professionalism modules via the SCAQ Candidate Portal
  • E005i: Ethics & Professionalism: Relevance of Ethics Pronouncement 100 to Professional Accountants; and
  • E016i: Ethics Pronouncement 200: An Overview.

    How to Apply

    Fill up the application form


    • Select “Apply for Membership/Credential" and choose “ISCA Professional Business Accountant (PBA)" radio button.
    • Applicants will need to provide the details of Character Reference:
               o     First referee: CA (Singapore) or full member of a recognised accountancy body
               o     Second referee: Present Employer (HR or Reporting Officer)

    Upload a copy of the following supporting documents:

    1. Singapore NRIC or Passport (for foreigners);

    2. Degree/Professional Qualification Certificate and Transcript;

    3. Deed Poll (if applicable)

    Complete declaration and submit application

    We will notify you of the outcome within 4 weeks upon submission of all necessary supporting documents.

      Annual Subscription Fee $218

      Fees are inclusive of GST

      • Membership admission and annual subscription fees as Associates (ISCA) are waived for SCAQ Candidates. SCAQ candidates are only required to pay $109 for the ISCA PBA designation.
