Ms Lee Li Huang, an ISCA Member, Appointed Chief Financial Officer of Stamford Land Corporation Limited

Ms Lee Li Huang has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of Stamford Land Corporation Limited with effect from 1 May 2017. Ms Lee is responsible for the financial accounting and reporting of the Group's business. She also provides oversight of the Group's treasury functions and compliance with regulatory bodies as well as the day-to-day functioning of the finance and accounting operations, internal controls, taxation and financial reporting matters.
Prior to her current appointment, Ms Lee joined the Group as the Group Financial Controller in May 2016 and was promoted to the Head, Finance in January 2017. She is also the Company Secretary of the Company since August 2016.
Ms Lee has more than 10 years experience in finance and accounting, having held positions such as the Group Financial Controller and Head of Finance at Singapore Shipping Corporation Limited from May 2016 to April 2017. From November 2012 to May 2016, Ms Lee was CFO and Company Secretary at GDS Global Limited. Lee also worked as Audit & Technical Director for RSM Chio Lim LLP from May 2011 to October 2012. From August 2010 to February 2011, Ms Lee was Head of Technical Division at the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore (now Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants). She also held the position of Senior Manager at Ernst & Young (Beijing) from 2004 to 2010.
Ms Lee is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
