Mr Tan Huay Lim, an ISCA Member and Fellow CA (Singapore), Appointed Independent Director at Auric Pacific Group Limited

The Board of Auric Pacific Group Limited has appointed Mr Tan Huay Lim as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the company upon considering his accounting and auditing experience.
Mr Tan also holds the position of Lead Independent Director and member of the Audit and Risk Committee.
Mr Tan was an Audit Partner of KPMG Singapore with more than 30 years of accounting and auditing experience in Messrs KPMG LLP (“KPMG”) and was also the Singapore Head of KPMG Global China Practice from September 2010 until his retirement in September 2015. During Mr Tan’s stint with KPMG, he was responsible for the audit of many privately-owned enterprises, multi-national corporations and public listed companies, covering diverse businesses including banking, insurance, manufacturing, trading, fast moving consumer goods, real estate, infrastructure, constructions, transport, shipping, mining and oil and gas. He had also been involved in a number of initial public offerings, debt financing and merger and acquisition transactions.
Mr Tan holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accountancy) degree from the Nanyang University, Singapore and is a Fellow of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom and Certified Practising Accountants Australia.
