INVITATION TO QUOTE (ITQ) FOR CLEANING SERVICES AT ISCA HOUSE

Reference No: FAC-06-2026

Purpose of RFQ

The Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) would like to call for an ITQ for cleaning services of the building premise for 2 years, starting from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2028 at 60 Cecil Street, ISCA House, Singapore 049709.


Scope of Work

Interested parties must be an eligible and current registered contractors under Building and Construction Authority’s Facilities Management registry workhead FM02 (Housekeeping, Cleansing, Desilting & Conservancy Service) with tendering limit minimum grade L1. 

They are also expected to attend the compulsory site briefing and showround at ISCA House Level 4 on 9 April 2026, 2PM

Submission shall be sent by 20 April 2026, 5PM via email to Paul Lim (paul.lim@isca.org.sg) with subject title:

*Late submission after 20 April 2026, 5PM will not be considered by ISCA.
