Procurement of 38 Laptops

Reference No: ICT-02-2026

Purpose of RFQ

The purpose of this invitation to quote (ITQ) is to invite vendors to submit
their quotations for 38 units of Lenovo laptops and respective accessories. This procurement will be
split into three orders; first order in Q1 (Jan 2026 to Mar 2026), second
order in Q2 (Apr 2026 to Jun 2026) and third order in Q3 (July 2026 to Sep
2026); total to 38 units. We will require three invoices for the respective
three orders.

Scope of Work

Please refer to the attached documents for the laptop hardware specifications and the respective required accessories.

Submission Method

The duration of this ITQ is opened between 5th January 2026 and 19th
January 2026. All quotes sent after 19th January 2026, 4pm (GMT+8) will be
rejected.
