About the course
In this hands-on course, participants will learn the basic techniques to design and create effective and aesthetically pleasing data visualisations using Tableau to become more productive at work, be it for reporting or analyses purposes. The course will also cover the art of creating interactive dashboards and touch briefly on infographics to improve your communication and presentation skills. This course uses a mixture of presentations, group discussions and hands-on exercises. A significant portion of class time will be dedicated to hands-on session to ensure participants can create the visualisation back at work.
This course covers 4 Learning Units (LU):
1. Plan and Design
We will familiarise participants with the process to collect user requirements and the various types of charts that can be used to address the stakeholders’ needs.
2. Develop and Troubleshoot
Participants will learn to develop three different types of data visualisations (charts, dashboards, and infographics).
3. Present and Communicate
Participants will learn more about techniques to enhance their presentation visually, and how to craft succinct commentaries.
4. Feedback and Improve
In the last LU, participants will learn how to be more effective in implementing their data visualisation at work and being future-oriented. More advanced topics such as automation and change management will also be discussed.

About the qualification
This comprehensive qualification is designed to equip professionals with essential skills in forensic accounting, enabling them to identify, investigate, and prevent financial crimes, fraud, and misconduct across various industries. Tailored for accountants, auditors, and financial professionals, the qualification offers a practical curriculum that combines theoretical knowledge with real-world application.
The qualification comprises 4 modules which can be taken individually: Forensic Accounting and Investigation, Digital Forensics, Financial Crime, and Professional Requirements. A blended learning approach combining instructor-led workshops and online courseware is adopted to provide a comprehensive and engaging learning experience.
Graduates with at least three years of relevant work experience in the financial forensic field are eligible to apply for the ISCA Financial Forensic Professional (FFP) credential, which recognises their expertise and professional experience in this specialised field.

About the programme
This programme aims to equip Sustainability Reporting preparers with an understanding of sustainability trends, the key concepts and the practical know-how of sustainability reporting based on ISSB standards. The programme comprises of 6 e-learning modules which participants can complete at their own pace and a 3-day in-person capstone module.
Participants are given 6 months to complete the Programme(s) from the date of registration or on 3 months from the date of the Capstone Module session selected (whichever later).
The ISCA Professional Certification in Sustainability Reporting will be awarded to participants who have completed the programme. Participants will also receive the programme's digital badge, a web-enabled credential containing verified information about your professional achievements.
