Module Enrolment Terms and Conditions for Corporate HR Personnel

A. I understand that I will not be able to appeal for results review on behalf of the candidate (company-sponsored employee). The results are final.

B. I understand that I will not be able to obtain any refund or transfer the examination registration fee submitted for the candidate.

C. I understand that examination fees will be forfeited in event if the candidate is absent on the examination day and/or any of the workshops without valid reasons.

D. I confirm that the candidate has read the ISCA PQ Rules & Policies Handbook (under “Downloads”) with respect to the approved qualification/certification and understand the requirements and policies pertaining to the qualification/certification.
