Ang Yuit

Ershad is the Head of Southeast Asia at Airwallex, responsible for driving the company’s overall growth in the region, building local commercial teams and operations, and helping businesses leverage fintech solutions to expand internationally. Based in Singapore, Ershad brings extensive experience from high-growth tech companies, with a strong track record of driving both growth and profitability.

Most recently, he held senior management roles at Grab as Chief Commercial Officer, GrabFin Indonesia and Regional Head of Payments Acquiring, and was instrumental in building their payments and lending business. He has also held leadership positions in growth, marketing & go-to-market at Rakuten and Procter & Gamble.

Ang Suat Ching

Suat Ching was the Deputy Chairperson of the Banking and Finance Committee from 2018 to 2024 and the Chairperson of the ISCA Charity Golf Organising Committee in 2024. 

Ms Ang has 30 years of experience across accounting and strategic finance functions, including finance transformation, treasury, capital management, financial strategy, capital markets and merger and acquisitions advisory. As Chief Financial Officer at Genting Singapore and its subsidiary, Resorts World Sentosa, Ms Ang oversees the full range of finance activities including financial and management reporting, budgeting, revenue optimization, credit management and cost control functions. She is also responsible for the cash management activities and banking relationships of the Genting Singapore group, and manages the cash reserves of the group, balancing liquidity and operating needs against returns on investment. Prior to joining Genting Singapore Group, she held various management roles in a local bank including corporate Treasury, Funding and Capital Management, and Corporate Finance.

Ang Yuit

Yuit is the Managing Director of The Adventus Consultants Pte Ltd, a digital solutions company, and currently serves as the President of the Association of Small & Medium Enterprises (ASME). 

Ang Yuit joined ASME as a council member in 2009. Throughout his time, he has helmed positions as the Vice President of Membership and Training, and Strategy and Development. He is also the Chairman of the Global Ready Talent Programme and SME Centre@ASME, the latter set up by Enterprise Singapore to provide comprehensive business advisory services and assistance to local SMEs. 

In 2023, Ang Yuit was elected President of the 28th Executive Council, marking a significant milestone in his longstanding involvement with ASME. Throughout his 15-year tenure, he has consistently demonstrated his commitment to empowering SMEs, leveraging his expertise and experience to drive impactful initiatives that support their growth and success. 

 

Christopher Au

Christopher is the Director of WTW’s Asia-Pacific Climate Risk Centre, which focuses on climate risk quantification and management. Based in Singapore, the Centre works with support corporates, financial institutions, insurers, and governments to understand, quantify and build resilience against climate risks. It focuses on physical and transition climate risk assessment and quantification, and innovative forms of risk management and financing. Christopher is also responsible for strategy and solution development for WTW’s Climate Practice globally.  

Christopher joined WTW in 2018. He holds a PhD in Insurance Regulation and Policy, and an MSc in Environmental Policy from Imperial College London, and a BA in Geography from University College London. He also holds a Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management.

 

 

Dr El'fred Boo

El’fred is an Associate Professor at Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University. He holds a PhD in Accounting and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (Singapore) and Chartered Accountant (Australia and New Zealand). He is also a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Directors. Prior to joining the academia, El’fred was an auditor with one of the Big Four international accounting firms in Singapore and Australia. 

He conducts research and teaches in the areas of assurance, corporate governance, enterprise risk management, sustainability and ethics at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels and has been a winner of the Teaching Excellence Award in the Accounting Division. El’fred has published in internationally-refereed journals, including the Abacus, Accounting & Business Research, Accounting & Finance, Accounting Horizons, Auditing: A Journal of Practice & Theory, Corporate Governance, Journal of Business Ethics and StrategicRISK. He is on the editorial board of the Journal of Accounting and Public Policy and an ad hoc reviewer for several refereed journals. His views and opinions are also sought after by the press, including The Business Times, The Edge, The Financial Times, The Straits Times and TODAY. 

El'fred's professional contributions include serving on the Judging Panel of the Best Annual Report Award, Best Managed Board Award Core Committee, ISCA Auditing and Assurance Standards Committee, ISCA Corporate Governance & Risk Management Committee, ISCA Ethics Committee, SID Accreditation Committee, SID Advocacy & Reports Committee, SID Audit Committee Chapter Publications Sub-Committee and SID Professional Development Committee.  

He is a member of the Audit Committee of SCELSE and CaringSG Limited. 

Chee Choon Chin (1)

Chee Choon is currently an audit partner with Forvis Mazars LLP and brings over 25 years of professional experience spanning audit, risk advisory and corporate governance. He has extensive experience auditing companies across various industries, including those listed on the Singapore Exchange (SGX), having served as a Reporting Accountant for companies preparing for SGX listings. He is well-versed in risk advisory, internal audit, sustainability reporting and corporate governance. He has led internal audit reviews for SGX-listed companies, government agencies and not-for-profit organisations. His advisory work includes pre-IPO internal control reviews, fraud investigations and assessments of internal control frameworks.  

Chee Choon also sits on Board of SGX listed companies as independent director.  

Chee Choon holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of South Australia and a Postgraduate Diploma from the University of Oxford. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant of Singapore, a registered Public Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor. He has also been recognised as a Senior Accredited Director under the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID). Currently, Chee Choon serves as a Council Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA).

Kelvin Chow (3)

Kelvin is currently the Independent Director of Starhill Global REIT, EC World REIT and Addvalue Technologies Ltd listed on Singapore Exchange. (“SGX’). 

Kelvin was most recently the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of Lendlease Global Commercial REIT listed on SGX. He was named the Executive of the Year (Commercial Real Estate Trust) at the SBR Management Excellence Awards 2023 as well as Best CEO (Gold) and Best CEO (Platinum) at the Asia Pacific Best of the Breeds REITs Award in 2023 and 2024 respectively. The REIT also bagged multiple accolades for its performance in various business operations and is the 1st REIT that achieved Net Carbon Zero in Singapore.  

Kelvin's areas of expertise span REITs, private funds and capital markets and has more than 30 years of experience working on direct real estate investments and fund management. Before joining Lendlease, he was the Chief Financial Officer of various REITs including Keppel REIT and Soilbuild REIT. Under his guidance, both REITs received recognition at the Singapore Corporate Awards in 2016 (Best Annual Report (Gold) and 2014 (Best Investor Relations (Merit) and Best Annual Report (Bronze)) respectively.  

Kelvin is a member of the Corporate Governance and Risk Management Committee of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants ("ISCA"). He was previously a member of the executive committee of the REIT Association of Singapore ("REITAS") and co-chairperson of REITAS' sustainability taskforce, where he provided guidance to the association in helping its members to accelerate their sustainability journey. 

Frank Debets

Frank is PwC Singapore’s Asia Pacific trade and customs consulting network leader. He is the project and client relationship manager for some of PwC's largest clients in the customs and trade space, both globally and in the Asia-Pacific region. On top of his managing and coordinating role, Frank advises companies on all aspects of the cross-border movement of products, from a tax regulatory as well as logistics perspective.​

Frank has worked with many major multinationals to analyze and improve their trade risk management profile and maximize benefits from trade regulatory opportunities. His background is in supply chain management, and he combines in his customs and trade work logistical considerations as well as tax and transfer pricing regulations. His focus is on customs valuation, preferential trading rules and export controls.​

Frank is the editor of C&T's bimonthly “Trade Intelligence - Asia” publication. He chairs the Custom and Trade Committee of the EU-ASEAN Business Council. Frank previously chaired EuroCham’s Regional Trade Committee and was an invited member of Singapore’s Customs Advisory Council.

Sarah Foo

Sarah is the Head of Sales - Asia for Xero, she is passionate about helping accountants and small to medium enterprises embrace new technology and prepare themselves and their clients for the future.

Originally from New Zealand, Sarah relocated to Asia in 2011 and held roles with KPMG in Shanghai, Singapore, Auckland and Hong Kong in indirect tax and technology before joining Xero.

Ms Foo has over 19 years’ accounting and technology experience gained across the Asia Pacific region. Sarah is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) and is the Co-Vice Chair of the CAANZ Singapore Overseas Regional Council in 2025.

Prior to joining Xero and KPMG, Sarah worked for Baker Tilly Staples Rodway in Auckland, New Zealand, an independent member of Baker Tilly International. 

Sarah holds a Masters Degree in Taxation Studies from the University of Auckland, and double bachelors’ degrees in Law and Commerce and Administration (majoring in accounting) from Victoria University of Wellington. She has also been admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.

Ismail Gafoor

Ismail is the Executive Chairman of Propnex Realty, Singapore's largest listed real estate agency and a Fortune 500 Southeast Asia company. With close to 30 years of industry experience, he is a visionary leader and a respected authority in real estate.

A multi-award winning entrepreneur, Ismail has earned numerous accolades and was honored as NSman of the Year, retiring as a Colonel after 34 years of service in the Army.

Beyond his corporate achievements, he is celebrated author of self-enrichment and investment books. His best-selling titles include You Can Fly, The Ultimate Guide to Real Estate Investment in Singapore and The Timeless Gift. Mr. Ismail also recently launched a national best-selling book titled 'I Am Not Good Enough', featuring a forwarded by the President of the Republic of Singapore, Mr. Tharman Shanmugaratnam.

Known for his keen insights, eloquence, and ability to inspire, Ismail continues to lead PropNex with a vision that shapes Singapore's real estate landscape.

Goh Puay Guan

Puay Guan is Associate Professor at NUS Business School, where he teaches supply chain management and technology innovation, and the Academic Director of the multi-disciplinary MSc Smart Industries and Digital Transformation. He is co-editor of the Global Supply Chains in a Glocal World: The Impact of Covid-19 and Digitalization (World Scientific, 2022), and author of Supply Chain Management: A Concise Guide (Pearson 2005, 2015), a frequent commentator for media and speaker at industry conferences. 

He is / has been a Board Director or Advisor to various corporates, SMES, and technology startups。 Prior to joining NUS in 2018, Prof Goh held various management roles, with P&L responsibilities and in-country stints in South Korea, China, Indonesia and Vietnam. In 2012, he was awarded the Junior Chamber International ‘s Top Outstanding Young Persons (TOYP) Merit Award for Business and Entrepreneurship. Under his management between 2010 to 2014, Batamindo Shipping and Warehousing Pte Ltd was awarded the ASEAN Business Award for Growth (SME) by the ASEAN Business Advisory Council in 2013. 

Aylwin How

Aylwin has professional services experience of 20 years, and is an audit partner with  Deloitte & Touche LLP. In addition to client service, he is also the Singapore National Professional Practice Director within the partnership, driving the technical and quality agenda. Aylwin’s industry focus is on the financial services industry and his technical accounting specialization is financial instruments accounting.

As part of his client service role, Aylwin has supported clients in their accounting assessment of complex transactions, as well as implementation of new IFRS accounting standards. Aylwin is also a member of the ISCA’s Financial Reporting Committee. 

 

Cherine Fok
Cherine is a Partner and Head of Our Impact Plan at KPMG in Singapore. She has more than 15 years of consulting experience in ESG measurement, reporting and assurance, ESG deals, structuring, and financing, and decarbonisation pathways.
Her expertise extends to the technology, science and business fields, in which she has advised organisations on developing and implementing sustainability strategies, managing compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitating climate change strategies.
Cherine actively participates in industry dialogues and regularly provides in-depth insights and analysis on issues critical to sustainable development, including decarbonisation, reporting, sustainable finance and diversity, equity and inclusion.
Huang Zelin

Mr. Huang Zelin is the Founder and Director of FOZL Group, an international accounting and advisory firm headquartered in Singapore. He is a Registered Filing Agent licensed by the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA), a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA), and an Accredited Tax Practitioner (Income Tax & GST) by the Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals (SCTP).
Mr. Huang holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Nanyang Business School. He is currently pursuing his Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) at Singapore Management University (SMU).

With over 15 years of international consulting experience, Mr. Huang has provided strategic advisory to numerous Chinese state-owned enterprises, listed companies, and private corporations, supporting their market entry, compliance, and expansion across Singapore and Southeast Asia. His expertise spans cross-border structuring, tax planning, and international investment advisory, guiding enterprises toward compliant and sustainable global growth.

Under his leadership, FOZL Group has grown into a trusted regional firm with operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, China, and Germany, serving as a professional bridge connecting Chinese enterprises with the Southeast Asian market. Mune

Mune is a seasoned audit professional with 20 years of experience spanning external and internal audit across global markets. Currently leading SAP’s Asia Pacific China (APAC) Internal Audit practice, based in Singapore. Managing a team of 15 internal audit professionals, Mune is responsible for executing the internal audit projects, ranging from operational and compliance topics in the countries and regions, as well as strategic internal advisory engagements related to Sales and Services. He also serves as Statutory Auditor for SAP Japan, and SAP Korea.

Mune began his career with Deloitte in California, specializing in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for tech clients, before joining Protiviti in Japan and later SAP’s internal audit team in Tokyo. His leadership expanded in the Americas before relocating to Singapore in 2016. A Certified Public Accountant (California), Certified Internal Auditor, and CRMA holder, Mune is also a regular external speaker on internal audit topics, including Agile Auditing, Technology Enablement and Organizational Transformation, with organizations such as the Institute of Internal Auditors and ISCA.

Richard Koh (1)

Richard Koh has nearly 4 decades of industry experience in IT, Treasury (FX) and eCommerce across AsiaPac. He is the Founder/Chairman of M-DAQ Global, a Singapore headquartered Series-D+ FinTech founded in Jan 2010 where he served as the Group CEO until May 2025. Today, the group serves global eCommerce marketplaces, FinTechs and corporates across 45 markets, processing over $25B in cross-border transactions annually, with a paid-up capital of $213M.

His experiences were gained at JPMorgan, Standard Chartered and PwC, where he was also awarded the undergraduate scholarship. Richard has been a FCA since 2010 and holds an EMBA in International Business (Valedictorian), and a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours). He is currently pursuing a PhD in Business, and also holds 4 patents.

In 2018, he was named Entrepreneur of the Year by Singapore Computer Society.  
In 2020, he was named Entrepreneur of the Year (FinTech) by EY and in 2024 he was bestowed with the Alumni Achievement Award by NTU, Singapore. He currently serves in the SCCCI as Vice-chairman of Youth Business, NTU Nanyang Business School Advisory Board and NUS Business School (Accounting) Advisory Board. 

Moi Lre

Moi Lre is a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) Singapore with over 30 years of experience. Moi Lre leads the Sustainability Assurance practice in Singapore and supports the same in Asia Pacific whilst overseeing financial audits for listed and non-listed companies across multiple sectors. As PwC Singapore’s former lead Accounting Technical Partner (until June 2021), Moi Lre has been recognised for delivering practical, compliant solutions in financial reporting. She is passionate about supporting companies in building trust in their financial and sustainability reporting.

Moi Lre is also deeply involved in the accounting profession, having served as the immediate past Chairperson of ISCA’s Financial Statements Review Committee, supporting ACRA’s Financial Reporting Surveillance Programme.

Lai San Kong

Lai San is a Partner at Deloitte with over 18 years of public accounting experience, focusing on industries such as consumer business, real estate, and manufacturing. Lai San has led special projects, including Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), showcasing notable proficiency in this area. 

Lai San is also a subject matter expert in Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR), PCAOB audit and International Financial Reporting Standards 15 - Revenue with contracts with customers. Her expertise also extends to providing advisory services, including technical advice over complex accounting issues, IPO readiness, and ICFR implementation. 

In recent years, Lai San is actively involved in ESG projects with a focus on sustainability reporting and assurance services under ISAE 3000.  Lai San is a member of the ISCA Financial Statements Review Advisory Panel. 

 

Nicolas Konialidis

Nicolas is the Director (Asia) of the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC). He is also the technical director of the IVSC’s Business Valuation Board. He has three decades of experience in capital markets, corporate finance, and valuations. Nicolas was previously the Managing Director at a consultancy specialized in advising, valuing, and transacting in intangible assets.  

Between 2010 and 2017, Nicolas was a corporate finance advisor and Investor Relations officer for corporate clients in several industries, including Renewable Energy. From 1994 to 2010, Nicolas spent sixteen years in equity markets in Paris, London, New York, and San Francisco in an array of functions from trading to Institutional sales for firms such as SE Banken (Enskilda), Credit Agricole and Sanford C. Bernstein, a subsidiary of AllianceBernstein. 

Nicolas is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Chartered Valuer and Appraiser (CVA). He is an Associate Member of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA-BV). He has lived in Singapore since 2009.

Bing Yi Lee

Bing Yi is a Partner in PwC Singapore’s Sustainability & Climate Change practice where he focuses on serving the financial services industry. As PwC Singapore’s Financial Services ESG Lead, he has spearheaded numerous sustainability advisory projects, specialising in sustainable financing, sustainability reporting, climate risk management, and climate transition strategies.

Aside from his specialism in sustainability, Bing Yi is also a Banking & Capital Markets specialist and a practising public accountant, experienced in providing audit, assurance and advisory services to various banks and financial institutions. He also led the sustainability assurance work for several large listed financial institutions in Singapore.  

Lee Boon Teck Upload

Boon Teck has been the secretary and council member since 2024. He also serves on the Strategy and Investment Committee. He was member of the Young Finance Leaders Group from 2003 to 2006, and a member of the Continuing Professional Education Committee from 2017 to 2021. In addition, he served as a member of the Investigation and Disciplinary Panel from 2020 to 2024.

In his current role as the Regional Managing Partner for Deloitte Southeast Asia’s Audit & Assurance, Boon Teck oversees the strategic direction and management of the business across the Southeast Asia region. 

With 26 years of experience in public accounting, Boon Teck serves clients spanning various industries and sectors such as Automobile, Consumer Business, Media, and Real Estate.Boon Teck currently also serves on the Board of the Singapore Chinese Orchestra as the HR and Finance Committee Chairman, and is also a member of audit committee for Singapore Academy of Law, Yellow Ribbon Industries and NS Square Limited. He also held the position of adjunct Professor at the Singapore Management University.

David Lee (1)

David is partner with PwC Singapore and is the Business Transformation Leader for the firm’s Assurance practice where he plays a pivotal role in driving innovation, operational excellence, and digital adoption that include:

  • Strategic vision and change management to empower teams and ensure smooth digital transitions;
  • AI adoption and automation to reshape client delivery work; and
  • Optimising workflows and fostering a culture of agility and continuous innovation.

He also has over 20 years of experience delivering audit services to a diverse portfolio of clients, including numerous SGX-listed companies and multi-national companies. David combines strategic vision with strong change management skills to drive smooth digital adoption and empower teams throughout the transformation journey.

Eng Kian Lee

In addition to being a member of the ISCA Council, Eng Kian serves as the Chairman of the ISCA Public Accountants Practice Committee (PAPC), Co-Chairman of the Voluntary Compliance Programme Panel, and a member of the Membership Committee and Artificial Intelligence for Accountancy Industry Taskforce. He was also a member of the Audit and Assurance Standards Committee (AASC), Financial Reporting Committee (FRC), and Financial Statement Review Committee (later known as the Financial Reporting Surveillance Program). 

Eng Kian has 30 years of experience in audit, practice management, and talent development. As the Managing Partner of PKF-CAP LLP, he has spearheaded firm-wide enhancements in audit quality, client service, and strategic growth, while also championing initiatives in risk advisory, sustainability assurance, technology adoption. His contributions extend to international platforms, where he actively collaborates with PKF Global leadership on talent and global audit initiatives. He sits as a Board member on PKF Global and is the Vice Chair of the PKF Asia Pacific Board. 

 

Margaret Lee

Ms Margaret Lee is the Group Chief Financial Officer of SingHealth, Singapore’s largest public healthcare cluster, which serves 1.5 million residents in the eastern region and provides half of the public healthcare services. She assumed the role in December 2023 and is responsible for overseeing the Group’s finances across clinical care, education, research, and population health.

2017 to 2023, Ms Lee was the inaugural Chief Executive Officer of SingHealth Community Hospitals, where she integrated the management of three community hospitals under one structure, introduced new models of care, and advanced staff development. With over 30 years of experience in healthcare, she has held leadership roles across Singapore’s three healthcare clusters and supported various public  healthcare wide initiatives. Ms Lee is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. She serves on the SUSS Board of Trustees and chairs the SUSS Finance Committee.
