Your Guide to ISCA+ Points

We are excited to introduce ISCA+ points, a members’ reward programme created to recognise and reward your loyalty and support for ISCA.

ISCA+ points are issued upon membership renewal and you can earn and accumulate more points through volunteerism, participation in professional development activities and ISCA events. The accumulated points can be used to redeem exclusive member swag and gifts.

Check out your ISCA+ points balance

Log in to the ISCA portal, navigate to "ISCA+ Points" icon on the top left hand menu; and
Click the icon to view your ISCA+ points.

ISCA+ Points Expiry Policies

ISCA+ Points issued will expire on 31 December of the same calendar year in which they are earned.
No ISCA+ Point will be carried forward into the following year.

How can I redeem my ISCA+ Points?

Please visit ISCA house personally during office hours (Mon - Fri, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm) for merchandise gift redemption

ISCA+ Points Reward Programme Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

All active ISCA members are automatically enrolled in the ISCA+ Points Reward Programme.

Points Validity

ISCA+ Points issued will expire on 31 December of the same calendar year in which they are earned.

No ISCA+ Point will be carried forward into the following year.

Members can track points, redemptions, and balances via the ISCA eServices portal

Redemption Method

Members may redeem gifts in person at ISCA House (Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm) and delivery service is not provided.

Redemption Conditions

Redemption is subject to:

Availability of merchandise at the time of request
Valid and sufficient ISCA+ points balance
Gifts are redeemable based on tiered thresholds, with the corresponding ISCA+ Points deducted upon redemption (e.g., 2,000 points, 3,000 points, 4,000 points, 6,000 points, 8,000 points)

Exchange Policy
Redeemed items are non-exchangeable unless defective.

ISCA reserves the right to, at its sole discretion and at any time, with or without prior notice:

Amend or vary the issuance of points, qualifying criteria and expiry rules
Modify redemption method, catalogue items, the monetary value or point value of items
Suspend or terminate the Reward Programme
