Ms Hamidah Abdul Hamid
UPON FINDING that Ms Hamidah Abdul Hamid, CPA Singapore, had breached Rule 40.5 of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (Membership and Fees) Rules, in that she was made a bankrupt by Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (Successor-In-Title to the Royal Bank of Scotland N.) on 15 November 2012 and is still an undischarged bankrupt, the Disciplinary Committee ordered that the said Ms Hamidah Abdul Hamid be suspended with effect from 16 April 2013 until such time when she is discharged.
Mr Ewe Pang Kooi
UPON FINDING that Mr Ewe Pang Kooi, CA (Singapore), had breached Rule 44.6 of the Institute (Membership and Fees) Rules, in that he was made a bankrupt by Citibank Singapore Limited on 28 March 2013 and is still an undischarged bankrupt, the Disciplinary Committee ordered that his name be removed from the register and that he shall cease to be a member of the Institute with immediate effect.
