
CA (Singapore) Pathway for ACCA Members and Affiliates NEW!
ACCA members and ACCA Affiliates and students can now become Chartered Accountants of Singapore [CA (Singapore)].
This pathway will be available for a period of three years, starting from 26 March 2025 to 25 March 2028.

(A) Pathway A – for ACCA Full Members
(1) Experience Route | ACCA members as of 26 March 2025 with at least 10 years of ACCA membership and relevant finance & accounting experience, can apply to be CA (Singapore) by 25 March 2028. |
(2) SCAQ Integrative Business Solutions (IB) Route **
| ACCA members as of 26 March 2025, with less than 10 years of ACCA membership and/or relevant finance & accounting experience, can apply to be CA (Singapore) by 25 March 2028 if they:

(B) Pathway for ACCA Affiliates and Students
Individuals who are ACCA Affiliates or Students as of 26 March 2025 or become ACCA Affiliates or Students before 25 March 2028, can apply to be CA (Singapore) by 25 March 2033 after fulfilling the following requirements:
- Completed ACCA Qualification, including the required option modules (see table below) or alternatively, pass the corresponding SCAQ Professional Programme modules;
- Acquired 3 years of relevant professional experience with at least 18 months of supervised practical experience with an ACCA practical experience supervisor or ACCA Approved Employer after enrolling in the ACCA Qualification; and
- After obtaining the ACCA membership, register as an SCAQ candidate and complete the Integrative Business Solutions module.

Work Experience | Work Experience |
Applicants will need to have 10 years of relevant working experience in a finance
or accounting-related role. Roles relating to any of the 5 technical competences ^^ of the SCAQ Practical Experience requirement are also admissible. On application, applicants will need to submit a declaration detailing the work experience that they had attained. ISCA reserves the right to determine whether this requirement has been met, and its decision is final and not subject to appeal. ^^ The 5 technical competences are 1) Financial Reporting, 2) Assurance, 3) Decision support & analysis, 4) Governance & risk and 5) Taxation. |
After obtaining the ACCA membership, register as a SCAQ Candidate and complete the Integrative Business Solutions (IB) module.
^ As an alternative, ACCA members can satisfy the subject requirement by passing the corresponding SCAQ module under Professional Programme (Assurance module and Taxation module).

- Waiver of Candidate application fees

- Waiver of Annual candidature fees
Additionally, *complimentary revision classes will be provided for Foundation Programme modules

Accelerated Pathway Programme NEW!
ISCA has launched the Accelerated Pathway Programme (APP) for ALL accountancy students studying at the local autonomous universities (i.e. studying one of the following degrees). Find out more about APP here.

Under the APP, ISCA will sponsor the following SCAQ-related fees:
- Annual SCAQ candidature fees till graduation from university.
- Module exemption fees (for up to 2 modules).
- One-time SCAQ module exam fees (except the Capstone module) for penultimate and final year students.
- Complimentary revision classes for the Assurance and Business value, governance and risk modules for enrolled students.
All accountancy students (taking the degrees above) can sign up as SCAQ candidates now and CHOPE your space under the APP. Sign up as a SCAQ candidate here!
For penultimate and final year students looking to enroll for the June 2024 exams, do note that the enrolment for APP candidates will only be available from 3rd May 2024.

These videos cover selected key topics across the ten technical modules in the Foundation Programme and Professional Programme. They are designed to help Candidates, particularly those who have opted for self-study with their preparation. These resources complement your independent study and provide a foundation for more in-depth learning. You can access these videos in this e-Learning and explore other learning resources listed under the Study Support section here.
Please note that these learning videos are not a replacement for the structured tuition and learning support offered by Registered Learning Organisations (RLOs). If you are enrolled with an RLO, their structured tuition and guidance remain invaluable in providing comprehensive support throughout your preparation.
Additionally, we have made these videos accessible to all candidates, including those exempted from specific modules. Please note that this will not affect your exemption status.
How do I access and view the learning videos in the SCAQ e-Learning Portal?
- Log in to ISCA eServices Portal: Visit eservices.isca.org.sg and log in using your registered email address.
- Navigate to Your Courses: Go to "My Account" > "My Courses & Events" > "My Registrations."
- Access the Learning Platform: On the "My Registrations" page, click the "Launch e-Learning/Blended" button.
- Start the Learning Videos: Click the "Curriculum" tab or the "Start Now" button to begin.
- Play the Videos: Ensure you click the "Play" button on each video to enable playback.
- View Videos in Sequence: Watch the videos in order; the next video will load only after the previous one has been played.
