For registrations under corporate accounts, only individuals with an ISCA account will be able to retrieve their COA using their personal ISCA account. *(Corporate person will need to register the course with the same email address or membership number as your ISCA account for COA to synchronize over)

For individuals who does not have an ISCA account, you will need to ask your corporate person to retrieve the COA for you. Your corporate person will be able to find your COA under "My Certificates" in their profile page.

You may refer to the video below for guide on How to retrieve my certificate:

Video Guide - How to retrieve my certificate

When?

COA will generally be generated within 7 - 10 working days after the course.

However, some delay during the CPE training peak period (Oct - Dec) may be expected.

For E-learning courses, your COA will be auto generated when you complete all the required sections in the E-learning Portal.

Based on our Terms and Conditions, for participants who did not show up for the course, their course fees will be forfeited. If they have applied for funding, they will be required to pay ISCA back the funded amount.

Participants can defer/ switch/ withdraw/ substitute (for corporate registration only) their courses by themselves via the eservices portal provided the action is done before the course start date.

For deferment/ switch/ withdrawal/ substitution after the course start date, the participant/ corporate user will need to write to CPE@isca.org.sg with their reason and attach any supporting documents.

For ala carte courses that are NOT registered as a package/ bundled/ prepaid/ with funding

If the reason is due to medical or compassionate reasons, you may proceed to self-help via the eservices portal to “appeal to withdraw” from the course by attaching the relevant supporting documents, such as a medical certificate. If the registration is a corporate registration, the corporate user will be required to perform this process. Once approved by ISCA, we will refund the course fees to you via the original mode of payment within 4 - 8 weeks.

You may refer to the video below for a guide on how to appeal to withdraw from a course:

Video Guide: How to appeal to withdraw from a course

If the reason is due to non-medical and/or non-compassionate reasons, you may proceed to self-help via the eservices portal to “switch to another course” or “defer to another session”. A top-up fee will be levied in the case where a participant switches to a programme of a higher fee. No refunds will be made if the participant switches to a programme of a lower fee.

If the registration is a corporate registration, the corporate user will be required to perform the transaction to “switch or defer”. Also, for corporate registration, there will be another option to replace/substitute the participant with another participant. There will be no admin fee involved for participant substitution in a corporate registration; however a top-up fee will be levied in the case where an ISCA member participant is substituted by a non-member and no refunds will be made if a non-member participant is substituted by an ISCA member.

Admin fees applicable for deferring /switching/ withdrawing courses:

If you insist on a course withdrawal, an admin fee of $43.60 (with GST) is payable. If approved, a refund of the course fee, less the admin fee, will be processed if payment has been made.

For deferring/switching courses, the admin fees are:

  • Certification programmes (Eg. Business Analytics and Reporting (BAR)) - $218.00 (with GST)
  • C-Suite Programmes - $218.00 (with GST)
  • Regular CPE programmes – $43.60 (with GST)

  2. For funded courses, due to the nature of the need to re-apply/cancel funding with the funding agencies, inform us by writing to cpe@isca.org.sg, where an admin fee of $40 before Gst would apply.
